INGREDIENTS


2 Fresh Garlic Cloves, minced then crushed


1teaspoon  salt  (optional)


1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard


12 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil


2 TBS Lemon Juice   (not bottled)


1/2 tsp Sugar


5 TBS Red Wine Vinegar


1⁄2 tsp Basil (optional)


14 tsp Oregano (optional)

Mix well and refrigerate.
