Homemade Gluten Free Cereal

Ingredients

• 1 c buckwheat groats
  
  
• 1/3 c pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  
  
• 1/4 c hemp hearts
  
  
• 1/4 c flax seeds
  
  
• 1/4 c chia seeds
  
  

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a container.

Shake. Store in a tightly sealed container on counter for up to a month.

Before serving, turn the container upside down and shake to ensure all ingredients remain evenly distributed.
