Appetizer Wreath

Ingredients

• 1 Johnsonville Original Summer Sausage
  
• 1 Johnsonville Garlic Summer Sausage
  
• 2 blocks sharp cheddar cheese
  
• 2 blocks Colby-Jack cheese
  
• green olives (optional)
  
• fresh rosemary (optional)
  

Instructions

Cut each cheese block into 3/4-inch cubes.

Slice the Johnsonville Summer Sausage into 3/4-inch rounds. Trim the outside edges off to form a square, then cut into four squares.

Place a small bowl in the center of a piece of parchment paper. Pile the cheese and sausage around the bowl to form a wreath shape. Remove the bowl and adjust any pieces that collapse.

Garnish with green olives. Tuck sprigs of fresh rosemary around the perimeter.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
