What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2018

Grilled Ribs, Sweet Corn and French Fries. 7 layer bars for dessert.

Yesterday I made a small ham and a roast beef round.

Leftover Lasagne and leftover beef enchiladas. Vanilla cupcakes and white chocolate frosting.

Sliders with Fries and Butter Pecan Ice Cream for dessert.

Egg Drop Soup with Scallions, Pork Fried Rice and Spring Rolls. Mini Chocolate Cupcakes for Dessert.

I made Tylor toaster blueberry waffles and jello cubes and milk for breakfast this morning ~ yesterday I made him blueberry pancakes (with frozen wild blueberries) and toast with strawberry jam.

Wow. Tonight I tried a twist on the nachos. Nachos loaded with diced up steak, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and sour cream and salsa on the side.

Too bloody hot out and looks like it will be for a few days, so made the kitchen hot today ~  I made lemon pepper salmon steak, whole stuffed chicken, mac and cheese with hot dogs, sloppy joes, and there is leftover casserole from yesterday so they can heat up and eat whatever they want

Lasagne, Garlic Bread, and an olive medley. Frosting stuffed sugar cookies with sprinkles on top.

Rissa wanted tator tot casserole ~ no tator tots so I got creative ~ I had Smiley Face potato Rounds and used them.  Ran out of potato rounds and used chicken nuggets :-)  EXCELLENT

Enchiladas loaded with cheese! Mini Frosted Chocolate Cupcakes for Dessert.

Soft Shell Tacos with Meat, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sauce and Sour Cream. Mixed Dried Fruit for Dessert.

Argh!

Tonight we had homemade fried chicken, sweet corn and fries. Frosting Stuffed Cookies for Dessert!

Been doing a great job of forgetting to eat, but make sure there is food for the kids.  I have in the last few days had a couple of Halo oranges, a granny smith apple, and 3 or 4 slices of lunch meat.  

I made burgers for the kids today and tacos for the kids yesterday.

The day before Rissa spent the $25 left from my $100 bill to buy her and her boyfriend McDonalds.  She was only suppose to get a happy meal for Tylor and give me the change

Breakfast for Dinner. French Toast, Sausage Patties and American Fries.

My Double Layer Nachos and Vanilla Cake for Dessert.

Planning on small fillets and potatoes and maybe French Onion Soup and Salads.

I am making Bacon wrapped Pork Filets not sure what else I will make since I am the only one at home today.



I ended up making pork gravy, elbow noodles, 2 slices of buttered banana bread, and a Jello cup for dessert

I am getting really lazy!  I made canned chili today because it is so darn wet and cold out.  Dexter decided to make himself some chili dogs
