What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2018

Chicken, Potato Wedges, Cole Slaw and Little Dinner Rolls. Pecan Turtle Bars for dessert.

Made my easy peasy lasagna with garlic bread and got buy one get one free Breyer's ice cream earlier today. I got peach for J and cookie dough for Jon and I.

I had Strata for breakfast and so did Tylor, he also had fresh picked mulberries.  For Lunch Rissa had Chicken Ramens, Dexter made a cheese quesadilla, Tylor had Bugles, Turkey Lunch meat, and fresh picked mulberries.

Sounds good! We had homemade Chinese. Egg Foo Young, Egg Drop Soup, Egg Rolls, and Pork Fried Rice. I made a single layer cake with vanilla frosting and chopped pecans on top for dessert.

Tried something different. Warmed pitas and cut them into 4's and open face made ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and salad cream sandwiches with a side of crisps. The rest of the mini chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Beef Stew with Carrots and Potatoes over Rice. Made some turtle pecan bars for dessert.

Grilled Beef Kabobs, Saffron Rice and a Salad of Purple Onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers with a bit of dressing. Mini chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

I boiled brats so Rissa could fry them for her and Dexter.  Tylor had hot dog and french fries ~ I had a couple of pot pies when I got home from work this morning

We had to go look at a vehicle for my son so easy peasy today. Hamburgers and fries. Chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

I am thinking about Salisbury steak Pot Pies and Tomato Basil Ravioletti (suppose to be a soup but I think we can work it as a main course)

It is so hot my husband said he wanted Chef Salads so I have lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ham, turkey, carrots and a couple kinds of cheese as well as French dressing. I have some pitas I am going to make into chips. Still have my apple pie and some ice cream for dessert.

Dexter made Kraft Shells and Cheese and Ramens for them.  I made a couple of scrambled egg burritos when I got home from work and then chopped up some hard boiled eggs and put them in tortilla shells with spicy cheese, onion and salsa.  Not sure if I am going to make myself a sandwich to take to work (should since my last blood tests said I was anemic)

I put some of the leftover chicken on a tortilla with diced tomatoes and onions.  Dexter made Scrambled eggs for him and Rissa ~ Tylor had hot dogs

Grilled Small Sirloins, Baked Potatoes and Salads. Apple Pie and ice cream for dessert.

I didn't eat or make nothing yesterday

Grilled Strip Steaks and Battered Small Shrimp with side of rice and salads. Also cooked up a mixture of cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower. Pistachio cake with whipped cream for dessert.

yesterday I baked chicken leg quarters topped with oven roasted tomatoes (made by Del-Destino and was imported from Turkey), corn, and leftover grilled potatoes

Grilled Shrimp, French Fries and Salads. Chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Making Shrimp Marinara over Pasta with small salads. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Tuesday was Tacos and Wednesday was Tator Tot Casserole

Beef Kabobs, Rice Pilaf, Pitas and Greek Salads. Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert.
