What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2018

Beef Kabobs, Steak Fries with fresh parsley and Greek Salads. lol Still too full to have dessert but I have Crème Horns.

I made tuna salad for me and the rest of the family had the rest of the beef and au jus with provolone cheese on rolls broiled. Frosted brownies for dessert.

J had leftover chops, potatoes and corn. Jon and I had Mac and Cheese and cut up veggies. Crème horns for dessert.

Breaded Pork Cutlets, Homemade fried potatoes with onions, corn and peas. Glazed egg donuts for dessert.

Not really eating real meals, finally made burgers, brats, dogs, and hard boiled eggs yesterday so I have stuff to grab and go

So hot today I did not want to use the oven. Made big Chef Salads. Crème Horns for dessert.

My Easy Peasy Lasagne with a side of kalamata olives and chianti for my husband. Chocolate walnut fudge for dessert.

Egg Drop Soup, Pork Fried Rice, Steamed Veggies and Bacon Wrapped Crab Meat and Walnut Fudge for Dessert. (Had a ton of stuff in the pantry to use up.)

Noone is hungry yet so probably just leftover beef and cheese sandwiches with au jus and chips. Did make giant chocolate chip cookies so we have dessert.

Made French Dip Sandwiches. Used some of the beef sliced thin, with provolone cheese on hoagie rolls broiled. Also made some fresh Au Jus. Crème Horns for dessert.

Meatloaf won but a big disappointment ~ could not find my small bread pan so made it in a square corningware dish.  Too thin, timing not right, but it was good mixed in with my scrambled eggs this morning ~ no clue what I feel like making today

Breakfast for dinner. French Toast, American Fries, Scrambled Eggs and Sausage Patties.

I really had not been eating but starting to make Toad in the Hole for breakfast (I have an overwhelming amount of eggs from everywhere), and fried up some burger patties.  I have also had a can or two of Progresso Soups.  I have some ground beef and debating on making taco meat today or a small meatloaf.

Beef Pasta Dish with a side of tiny peas. Apple turnovers for dessert.

I know how you feel...but J wanted a big dinner so I make Chicken Curry, Rice Pilaf and Pitas. More turtle pecan bars for dessert.

I guess they can all have leftovers when they get home.  I should think about making something to take to work, but just to exhausted to really care.  Been too busy (or sleeping) so have not had time to eat.

Made Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts and Breaded Chicken Tenders and leftover cake ~ Tylor had chocolate Chip Waffles, Turkey breast lunch meat, blueberries, and a slice of cheese and Kool Aid
