Did you ever attend summer camp? Did you like it?

I never did but I did attend camp for a week in 6th. grade. It was fun once I got used to it. It was co-ed and I met people I am still friends with!

I did once at Mecan River YCC in Neshkoro, when I was 16.  It was like a junior CCC. We learned alot about the environment and got to do different things each week.  I actually got to help out at the Waupon Ranger Station, twice.  We also learned how to build rabbit habitats, visited the Paper Mill, got to go swimming at Lake Ripley, bum around the Dells, take baths in the Chaffey River, etc.  Loved it, 6 weeks was not long enough and then they discontinued the program due to lack of funding.  We actually got paid to go to that camp.
