What is your favorite way to keep cool in the summer?

Sit in the air conditioning. Pretty much any air conditioning.

Sit in front of fan or lay in bedroom.  This mobile home has so many issues that need to be fixed.  If Don had helped Mike the other day, we would have had our living room outlets fixed and be able to use the air con.  I told Doon he needed to wrap up the extension cord that we can't use, so I can take it back.  That would be an extra $44 plus some change in my account.  It is barely over $3 right now.
