When sweet Noel was rescued and brought to the shelter, she was in dire health. This sweet cat had many necrotic teeth requiring removal, plus several ulcers in her mouth.
Noel was hospitalized and given antibiotics and fluids to stabilize her. Once she had gained enough strength, doctors were able to remove some of the rotted teeth in her mouth, majorly improving her quality of life.

Now 12-years-young, Bella is a Miniature Poodle who came to the Arizona Humane Society as an owner surrender after her owner fell ill and there was no one else to care for her.

Anton was called "ghost" by his rescuers because he was so thin and missing all his fur that you could barely see him among the piles of garbage at the dump. They finally managed to capture him.
He has a long road to recovery and needs our help to heal.

On August 13th, as part of NBCUniversal Local's 10th annual Clear the Shelters event, The Animal Rescue Site and Greater Good Charities are partnering with Hill’s Pet Nutrition to fly over 100 dogs and cats out of the South to new homes in New Jersey.
Cinna is one of the lucky passengers on this month's Flight to Freedom.
This young Labrador mix was found as a stray and is searching for an adventure partner. He loves playing with other dogs and with toys, including the water in his bowl. His caretakers

Paschalis was rescued in Greece during its recent spate of wildfires and heat waves. He was found alone on a road, calling for his mother, who was nowhere to be found. A kind-hearted person rescued him and ultimately took him to ANIMA - Hellenic Wildlifre Care Rescue in the Athens area. In their care, he's been receiving the treatment and nourishment he needs to grow and be released back into the wild.
