Avocado Smoothnie

Avocado Smoothie
serves 1
Ingredients:
1 ripe Avocado
1/2 Cucumber
3/4 oz Kale
1/2 oz Spinach
6 Basil leaves
3 Brazilian nuts (I did not use these)
1-1/2 Tbsp. Pumpkin seeds
1 Tbs maple syrup (I did not use)
juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions:
Peel and puit avocado. Add Avocado and cucumber in blender with remaining ingredients and -1/4 cup water
Blend until smooth and serve
