Ingredients
- 3 medium red beets, peeled, quartered, and roasted until softened or 3 pre-cooked medium beets
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- sea salt to taste
- juice of 1 large lemon
- 3 Tbs tahini
- 3 Tbs water
Instructions
This amazing beet hummus is so easy to make! You just toss everything in the food processor and it's done!
Blend until smooth and Creamy
