Easy Cake Batter Toffee Cookies
1 (15.25 oz) box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup Canola Oil (I used vegetable oil)
2 large eggs
1 1/3 cups chocolate coated toffee bits (I used 8oz bag Heath toffee bits)
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir in toffee bits; chill for at least 1 hour Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes. Transfer to wire cooling racks. Makes about 3 dozen
Note: I used my convection setting on my stove and cooked them a little longer but I do have an old gas stove and not sure if temps are accurate.
