INGREDIENTS 1 cup Goat Milk 1/2 cup organic honey Buy Honey Here 2 Yolks organic eggs yolks 1/4 cup Organic Almonds Buy Almonds Here 1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Powder Buy Vanilla Powder Here

INSTRUCTIONS


][*]In a food processor or blender, grind the almonds for 60 seconds or until powdery.
[*]In a saucepan, whisk goat milk, vanilla, almond powder, and honey over medium heat until it begins to bubble, then set aside.
[*]In a bowl, beat egg yolks. Pour the goat milk mixture over the egg yolks and whisk. Pour this mixture back into the saucepan over low heat.
[*]Stir constantly until mixture thickens and begins to stick to the back of your spoon.
