  I have a bunch of boneless Country Style Beef Ribs
(which really aren't ribs, they are from the chuck roast area)
and found this site that has alot of bone in and boneless options
Mostly for Beef Ribs but there are some boneless Chicken and Pork Recipes.
I am not a BBQ fan but there are alot of those kinds of recipes
But also a Beef Rib Tacos, oriental flairs, sweet and Tangy flairs and the list goes on.
 A must check out site, if you need some inspiration for a meal.
