What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

Made loaded hamburgers and fries. Orange cupcakes with orange frosting for dessert.

Planning on having grilled rib eye steaks, salads and maybe steak fries for dinner. Oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Late breakfast. I made bacon, eggs, hash browns with onions and toast. J made Jon ham, egg and cheese sandwiches on hard rolls and two hash brown patties.

J decided he did not want what I was making last night so I ended up thawing some shredded beef and making beef and cheese sandwiches. I loaded mine up with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo. 

I wanted to make Mexican food tonight and J just called and said he wants meatloaf and red garlic mashed potatoes with gravy and peas. Since I have no idea when they will be home I have not started dinner in case he changed his mind again. I also have creme horns for dessert.

I am making soft shell tacos and got stuff to really load them up. I also got them Corona and fresh limes. Made oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Soup done but I am going to toss in the rest of the rotisserie chicken that Don would not eat.  It still looks thin.  Don didn't want soup and complained.  I told him when I got back from work, I would make some of the steaks I bought when I stopped at Festival Foods after I got the oil change done.  Need less to say he was extremely drunk when I got home and said he wasn't eating anything.  He also said it was the usual Par for the Course.  He complains I only make what I want but when I ask him what he wants he just says "NOTHING!"  As for me, I drank alot of beer and ate gardettos.

J didn't eat but will probably want me to make him something when he comes home. Whenever that is. I made Jon a huge sandwich with two meats, cheese, lettuce, onions and dressing. Warmed up the rest of the potato wedges. Made two dozen cookies and most of them are gone lol I have not eaten. Just not humgry.

I thought making some chicken soup would be good for today.  Needless to say, I got the leg and quarters boiled and deboned.  That was it. Don was drunk and belly aching about nothing to eat.  I did not feel like cooking so ran to Festival Foods for a Rotisserie Chicken.  Don thought it was a good idea.  I told him I didn't feel like eating but might later on.  He got all grumpy pants because I asked if he wanted anything from the hot table.  He then continued to complain all the way to check out that he wasn't going to eat just chicken. I told him I could make veggies and mashed or baked potatoes for him.  He continued to complain and got even madder because I did not buy any twisted tea for the ride home.  I got up a bit ago and had some of the chicken and deboned the rest and then ate Breyers Reese peanut butter ice cream.  Won't buy that again.  He ate nothing.  Boo Hoo

Made the rest of the leftover chicken, potatoes and gravy and I made a big salad. Mini frosted cupcakes for dessert.

Sunday I made meatloaf, cheesy scallop potatoes, and spinach.  Monday I wasn't feeling well, and Don had to fend for himself.  The same for Today.  I just got up a bit ago and made myself a can of tomato soup with oyster crackers.  No clue what Don ate, if at all

For breakfast we had egg and cheese omelets and toast and jelly. 

For lunch the guys had ham, turkey and bacon sandwiches with potato wedges. Chocolate chip cookie dough bites for dessert.

For breakfast we had eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns with onions. Then for an early dinner it was loaded up hamburgers and fries. Mini cupcakes for dessert.

For breakfast J made ham, egg and cheese sandwiches on hard rolls with hashbrown patties.

For dinner I am planning on doing fried chicken, red garlic mashed potatoes with garlic and cream and salads. The rest of the sugar cookies for dessert.

For breakfast I made cheese omelets with toast and jelly and dried fruit.

For dinner we had small steaks, baked potatoes, salads and steamed broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. Made small sugar cookies for dessert.

We had breakfast out and J just decided to make sandwiches and so did Jon. I am hoping for a big Chef Salad for me. I have all the stuff. I have plenty of casserole left for the guys. The rest of the Long Johns for dessert.

Took Rissa to Madison to get her wallet.  Got home and spent a few hours waiting on what Don wanted to eat.  He didn't want anything I suggested and we thawed out 2 steaks and 2 extra thick cut pork chops.  Gave up and went to bed after I sent a message to my boss a little after 6pm and said I had just got home from Madison and still needed to eat, so would be coming into work late.

Made bacon, eggs, hash brown patties and toast for breakfast.

Planning on making a casserole with hamburger, sauce, rotini pasta and cheese for dinner. J got Long Johns for dessert.

Planning on making steak and cheese quesadillas. Also lettuce, tomato and onion with a bit of dressing on the side. Mini Cupcakes for a dessert.

We are spending the night in Darlington, WI.  We went to Subway.  We both had the Steak and Cheese footlong sandwiches (of course mine was loaded with everything), Cool Ranch Doritos and a 20 0z soda.  Don got totally excited to find out that the Motel had Little Debbie Nutty Bars in the vending machine.  So far I think he has bought 3

Sunday we had Pizza and Sausage Pizza Rolls and Hash brown fingers.
Monday I made frozen Beef Raviolis and heated up some spagetti sauce.

We made ham, egg and cheese sandwiches with hash brown patties for breakfast.

Just not hungry enough for a huge dinner so planning on making subs for dinner with chips. I have the bread, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, dressing and oregano. The rest of the chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Made Jon a ham, egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll for breakfast and made us eggs, bacon, hash browns with onions and toast. 

Making the homemade pizzas for dessert. Jon will eat one by himself. May go for ice cream later.

Since the guys ate heavy at noon we have not had dinner. I see the guys snacking later. 

Made burger patties with Swiss Cheese and added fried onions, raw onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo. Also crinkle cut fries and root beer. Jon has lots of bottles of root beer. Chocolate cupcakes with buttercreme frosting for dessert.

Ended up not going to Madison.  Was going to go today, but that changed as well.  

Slow cooked porkchops and baked potatoes in Cream of Mushroom Soup last night instead of the tortellini was going to have it when got back from Madison today, but not going, so not sure what to do tonite

For breakfast we had French Toast and scrambled eggs and American Fries. I had leftover baked potatoes to use up.

For dinner I plan on making the guys cheeseburgers and oven season fries and myself a big salad. Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting for dessert.

I had enough points for a free XL 3 topping pizza from Rosa's and we still had to order a minimum of $20.  I got a extra cheese, sausage, and pepperoni pizza, 10 Mozzarella sticks, tortellini, and boneless Garlic Parmesan chicken wings.  I am thinking of having the tortellini for tomorrow.
