What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

Planning on making sloppy joes and chips for dinner. Jon says he will eat with us. Probably some of the oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert for the guys.

Didn't eat all day.  I went to bed about 2pm, Don woke me up because he caught "Penny the Pigeon" and we both went back to bed a l;ittle after 430.  I woke up about 8:30 pm because leg cramps have been terrible lately.  Took potassium and magnesium.  Ate some leftover meatloaf and went back to bed about 11:30pm..  Been up and down ever since.

For breakfast I made bacon, toast and eggs. J also had cookies.

For lunch I made J two turkey sandwiches on buns and he had chips. 

For dinner we are having pork roast slices with garlic mashed potatoes and gravy and peas. Well, J is. I am having rice and veggies. The rest of the creme horns for dessert. Yes, Dawn, J's diet is in full swing lol

Made cheese omelets with tomatoes on the side for brekfast. 

For dinner it was leftover pork for sandwiches with chips and I made a small batch of dip. J made an ice cream run for dessert.

Making a garlic and rosemary pork roast with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes and peas. Creme horns for dessert.

Friday we had home made Chili with saltines

Yesterday (Saturday) I made grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup

I came home from work and had a bowl of home made potato salad.  I really wanted something warm, so warmed up a bowl of leftover chili and a grilled cheese sandwich

Planning on making sloppy joes with steak fries. We shall see how everyone feels. Creme horns for dessert.

For breakfast I made eggs, bacon, toast, and hash browns with onions. 

For dinner I made J breaded pork chops, garlic mashed potatoes with gravy and had some frozen cut off corn on the cob. Jon and I had sliced pear tomatoes, cheese bread, leftover pizza and breaded cheese cauliflower bites. Creme horns for dessert.

Made eggs and toast for breakfast.

For dinner I was going to make chicken fried rice and egg rolls but the guys want Italian so I am making them sausage patty sandwiches with cheese and sauce and fries. I am making me a big salad and also making some cheese bread. Sandwich cookies for dessert.

Made a big breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, and hash browns.  I had a cup of coffee with cream in it and Don opened up a Mountain Dew.

Wednesday I made Tacos and potato salad.  Finished off the little bit of porterhouse steak at about 730pm

Found some frozen egg drop soup for dinner. Also going to make egg foo yung, pork fried rice, steamed veggies and bacon wrapped crab meat. Made some more Halloween cut outs for dessert. Frosted them and added candy corn.

Tuesday was New York Strip steak for me and Porterhouse for Don.  Also baked potato and left over corn casserole made with cream cheese.

Monday was Cheesewurst sausages and corn casserole

Going to make cheese stuffed burgers with chips. Creme horns for dessert.

Made hard shell tacos and ground beef enchiladas with refried beans with cheese and Spanish Rice. Also had chips and salsa. J got some glazed donuts for dessert.

Am making meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and warming up leftover hash browns. Oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Made huge breakfast. Jon wanted ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches on hard rolls and had 2 hash brown patties. J wanted bacon, eggs, toast and hash browns with onions. 

For dinner I am making pizzas which I will doctor up. Halloween sugar cookies for dessert.

Planning on fish fry but the place we want to go to may close early so maybe I am making Italian food. Not sure.

Made egg, ham and cheese sandwiches for breakfast.

Warmed up the rice and stew for lunch.

Going to make cheese stuffed burgers for dinner. Not sure what kind of potatoes I will make. Made some pumpkin cut out cookies with frosting for dessert.

Made French Toast and sausages for breakfast. Made J sandwiches for lunch. For dinner I am making them red beans with rice and andouie sausage. I will probably have rice and a bit of stew. Creme horns for dessert.

Made rice pilaf and chicken tikka and pitas for the guys. I made jasmine rice with onions and tomatoes. I got the guys caramel apples for dessert. I cannot have them.

Made salads, rice with gravy and unthawed and warmed up some pulled pork. Also made Brussel Sprouts and some cottage cheese with onions. Finished the cake for dessert.

Made eggs and toast for breakfast. For dinner I am planning on Rice Pilaf and Chicken Tikka with Pitas. Not sure if that will happen with J's latest mood.

For lunch I made a taco dip with fritos and taco chips to dip. 

For dinner I think it will be leftover beef kabobs with salads and fries and lemon potatoes. Filled long johns for dessert.
