I bought a tub of Country Crock Butter yesterday and when I opened it today, realized they now also make Plant Base Butter Sticks.  This led me to the idea that I really need to add this to the recipe section.  So I think is a tribute to make the very first recipe posted, using the one from Country Crock Butter.
