Bap Rolls
Ingredients
[list="color: rgb(72, 72, 72); font-family: Raleway, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 17px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 11px; counter-reset: method-counter 0; list-style: none; margin-left: -5px;"][*]Preheat oven to 200C.
[*]In a large bowl, add yeast, caster sugar, butter, warm milk, mix and stand until foaming.
[*]Add bread flour and salt to wet ingredients, mix the dough well. Stand until doubled in size. On a well floured bench knead again, cut dough into 8 pieces approximately the same size, knead into balls then flatten a little.
[*]Place on a well floured baking tray, sprinkle a light dusting of flour over the top, stand and allow to rise again.
[*]Bake for 8-12 minutes or until just golden, remove and stand on a wire rack to cool.

- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups bread flour, plus extra for dusting
