Gita Jayanti is the symbolic birth of Srimad Bhagvad Gita. It is celebrated on the Margashirsha Shukla Ekadashi, the 11th day of the waxing moon of month as per Hindu panchang. Bhagavad Gita was revealed by Krishna to Arjuna in the battlefield of Mahabharat in Kurukshetra.
