Breakfast Cookies

2 cups Jiffy baking mix
1 pound sausage (1/2 hot - 1/2 mild)
12 ounces sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk

Mix all ingredients together well. Shape into  patties and place on
greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove, drain on
paper towel, and serve hot or cold. Will keep well in covered container.
Refrigerate. Turkey breakfast sausage or turkey Italian sausage work well
with this recipe. Do not cook sausage prior to baking.
