Italian Bow Tie Pasta Salad
I make most of my stuff without measurements,
so I will do my best to guide you through this one
1/2 box (about 6 oz) Farfalle (Bow tie) Pasta
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half
black and/or green olives sliced or cut in half (to taste)
1/2 chopped sweet pepper (or more if you are like me)
1/2 cucumber, quarter slices
6 oz chopped or quartered pepperoni slices
1/2 red onion, thin sliced and quartered
1/2 bottle Zesty or Creamy Italian salad dressing (original will work as well in a pinch) or more to taste
Put all the vegetables and olives in a bowl with half bottle of salad dressing. Mix well and refrigerate.
boil Farfalle for about 12-14 minutes. I cook mine a hair past al dente.
Rinse and cool pasta.
When pasta is cool, add to veggie mix add more salad dressing if needed but do not drowned it. Let it marinate for a couple hours before serving.

I made this one today and did not realize I had it posted already. I used a zesty Italian dressing, roma tomatoes, and added Zucchini and Daikon, cut into "sticks"
