4th of July Dessert Popcorn

Ingredients

• 8 Cups Popped Popcorn *, you can use microwave popcorn, just not the buttery kind
  
  
• 1 Cup White Chocolate Morsels
  
  
• 2 teaspoons Coconut Oil
  
  
• 1/4 Cup Sprinkles
  
  

Instructions

[*]Place popped popcorn in large bowl. Set aside.

[*]Cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Set aside.

[*]Combine white chocolate and coconut oil in microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds then stir. Microwave 30 more seconds then stir until remaining lumps melt. Immediately drizzle over popcorn.

[*]Toss popcorn with wooden spoon or hands if cool enough until evenly coated with chocolate. Immediately spread evenly over prepared baking sheet.

[*]Top with sprinkles then transfer to refrigerator until chocolate sets. (5-10 minutes)

[*]Keep refrigerated until served.
