J's 'Garbage Plate'

J's 'Garbage Plate'
1/2 Bag Frozen Hashbrowns
6 Eggs
1/4 cup or so Diced Onions
Diced Ham Cubes About 3/4 Cup
4 oz. Colby Jack Cheese Shredded
Cook onions in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Then add hashbrowns. Cook until done. Then add ham and eggs (scrambled). Once eggs are cooked through add cheese and cover. Simmer until cheese is melted and serve. Recipe can be doubled for bigger group.

Made this again this morning. Leftovers warm up great. I add toast and some cut up tomatoes.
