French Dip Roast Beef for Crockpt from Milton West Cookbook 2016-2017

FRENCH DIP ROAST BEEF FOR CROCKPOT
(by the Emma Peabody Family ~ my grandaughter)

4 LB BONELESS CHUCK ROAST
1/2 C SOY SAUCE
1  BEEF BOUILLAN CUBE
1 TSP DRIED ROSEMARY, CRUSHED
1 TSP DRIED THYME
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
-~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Place roast in a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker.  Combine soy sauce, bouillon cube, rosemary, thyme and garlic powder in a bowl.  Mix well and pour over roast.  Add water to slow cooker until roast is almost covered.  Cook on low for 7 hours or until tender  Shred or slice beef for sandwiches and use broth for dipping
