Clementine Mimosas Empty Clementine Mimosas

INGREDIENTS



  • 5 lb bag of clementines

  • 1-2 bottles champagne

  • 10 whole cloves




INSTRUCTIONS


[*]Squeeze the clementines into a large 4-cup Pyrex pitcher. Add cloves to flavor the juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

[*]Before serving, strain the juice to remove the cloves. Discard cloves. Fill glasses half way and top with champagne. Garnish with a clementine wheel.
